Here’s how to send a quote using the internal tool in Sell Convert Clean. This flow lets you build quotes manually, select services, apply discounts, and choose how to send or process payment—all in one place.

🏡 Start a New Quote

  1. Type in the lead’s property address.

  2. The system will auto-fill:

    • Building area

    • Number of bedrooms and bathrooms

  3. Edit any info directly by clicking on the numbers.

🛠️ Choose Services

  1. Click Continue and select the services or packages to include.

  2. Click Continue again to go to the customer info screen.

👤 Add Customer Info & Customize

  1. Enter the lead’s name and contact info.

  2. Review the order summary:

    • Add or remove services

    • Apply any discounts

💳 Choose Payment Method

  1. Select one of three options:

    • Estimate Only – Just sends the quote

    • Card Info – Stores card info (requires PCI Bolt integration)

    • Process Payment – Charges immediately via Stripe

📤 Finalize & Send

  1. Choose your email template.

  2. Click Send Estimate or Process Payment.

Tip: Use “Card Info” if you want to secure payment later while keeping the checkout fast for the lead.
