How to Reschedule an Interview to Another Preset Date/Time

1. 🔑 Open Your Calendar View

   • Log in to the WootRecruit Hub.
   • Go to the Calendar View.
   • Select your user or the person assigned to the interview calendar.

2. 📅 Locate the Scheduled Interview

   • Find the interview you want to move (e.g., Tuesday at 10:00 AM).
   • Click the interview bubble to open details.

3. 👤 Select the Applicant

   • Scroll down to the Attendees section.
   • Select the applicant’s name (e.g., “rego test”).
   • Click the three dots (…) menu and choose Reschedule.

4. 🗓 Choose a Preset Option

   • In the reschedule view, go to Details.
   • Select the Default option—this shows all future preset dates.
   • Pick the new time slot (e.g., Wednesday at 12:00 PM).

5. ✅ Save the Change

   • Click Save to confirm the new date/time.
   • The system will update the appointment and send the applicant a notification automatically.
