If you normally have fixed interview hours but need to open one extra time slot for just a specific date or week, here’s how to add it without changing your regular schedule.
How to Add a One-Time Interview Time Slot

⚙️ Go to Calendar Settings
- Open your Settings.
- Find and click on the Calendar section.

📅 Select the Correct Calendar
- Wait for the calendar list to load.
- You’ll usually see just one calendar for your position (e.g., “In-Person Interview – Position Name” or “Virtual – Zoom/Google Meet”).
- Click Edit Calendar for the one you want to update.

🕒 Open Availability Settings
- Inside the calendar editor, go to the Availability section.
- Look for Date Specific Hours—this is where you can add time slots for a single date without changing your ongoing schedule.

➕ Add the Extra Time Slot
- Click Date Specific Hours.
- Select your date (e.g., Monday).
- Add the new time—keep it a small window to avoid applicants booking outside the intended slot.
- Example: Add a 9:00 AM slot with only 15 minutes of availability.
- Double-check that AM/PM is correct before confirming.

💾 Save Your Changes
- Click OK or Submit.
- You should now see your extra slot added (e.g., Monday now has 9:00 AM in addition to your usual 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM slots).
Important Notes 📝
- Use Date Specific Hours so the change applies only to the chosen day.
- Always keep extra slots tightly timed to control scheduling.
- This won’t affect your normal recurring availability.
