Why Your Applicant Pipeline Might Be Empty

No Applicants Have Applied Yet
✅ If your job post is new, it may take time for applicants to appear.
✅ Check that your job postings are active and published to the correct channels.

Filters Are Hiding Applicants
- Review your pipeline filters (date range, position, status).
- Clear filters to see all candidates.

Applicants Haven’t Progressed to a Stage
- New applicants may still be in the Applied status and not yet moved to Passed, Scheduled, or other columns.
