How to Manage Conversations in WootRecruit

  1. Check Conversations Twice a Day

    ✅ Make it a routine to check conversations at least once in the morning and once in the afternoon. ✅ For better engagement, check multiple times daily or delegate to a virtual assistant or team member.

  2. Respond to All Unanswered Messages

    • Click the Conversations tab to view applicant messages.
    • Reply to emails or texts that need your attention.
    • Mark them as Read once resolved to keep your view clear.
  3. Set Calendar Reminders

    • Add recurring reminders to check conversations so this task is never missed.
    • If assigned to another team member, make it part of their daily workflow.
  4. Optional Bulk Mark as Read

    • If there are unnecessary or outdated messages, you can select all and Mark as Read.
