2. Clean & Organize the Data

   • We scrub and verify the information for accuracy.
   • Large lists (5,000–10,000+ applicants) are handled in bulk.

3. Import into the WootRecruit Hub

   • Applicant data is added to your Hub as contacts.
   • We set up automated drip campaigns to re-engage these candidates over several weeks.
