If you want to see exactly what your applicants see during the job application process, here’s how to preview your job application pages and access your sign-in QR code. This is great for verifying content, checking directions, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

📅 How to Preview Your Job Application Pages

1. Access the Career Pages & Resources

   ✅ Go to Career Pages / Resources in your menu.

   ✅ Find the Sign-In QR Code section and click to open it in a new tab.

2. Print or Share Your QR Code

   • For in-person interviews, right-click the page and select Print (choose the correct printer in settings).
   • For online interviews, take a screenshot of the QR code and display it digitally in your waiting room.

3. Preview the Applicant Experience

   • Open the application page to see what applicants will view.
   • If they pass the application phase, they’ll be redirected to the Interview Scheduling Page to pick a time and receive a calendar invite.
   • If they fail, they’ll see a Thank You page and receive a rejection email a few days later.

4. Check Interview Location Directions

   • Use the Directions button to confirm your interview address is correct.
   • Applicants can access Google Maps or Apple Maps directions from here.
