   • Applicants functions as an address book of everyone who has applied—whether passed, failed, or rescheduled.
   • The Applications section lets you export applicant data for a specific timeline once you have applicants in the system.

   • Fully automated tracking of each applicant’s status: applied, passed, scheduled, showed up, benched, and offered.
   • Watch as candidates move automatically from one stage to the next.
