Here’s how to create and use Marketing Snippets in Sell Convert Clean to personalize your quotes and boost engagement. This feature lets you build templates with custom messages, links, and descriptions for internal quote emails.

📝 Create a New Snippet Template

1. Go to the Marketing section and click “Add New Template.”

2. Enter a:

   • Template Name

   • Description

3. Use the hyperlink tool to add clickable links (e.g. to your website or a promo page).

4. Click Submit to save the template.

💬 Use Snippets in Quotes

5. When creating a quote from the internal tool, go to the email message section.

6. Click the dropdown menu to select a saved template.

7. The selected template will auto-fill the message with your custom content.

8. You can edit the link or message on the fly if needed before sending.

Note: You can create unlimited templates and reuse them across different quotes for speed and consistency.
