Here’s how to enable and use the PCI Vault in Sell Convert Clean to securely manage your customers’ stored payment cards. This keeps your billing process PCI-compliant and efficient.

🔐 Set Up PCI Vault

1. Go to Integration Settings.

2. Click Enable PCI Vault.

3. Create an account by entering:

   • Username

   • Password

   • Confirm password

4. Click Enable PCI Vault again to activate.

💳 Store & Access Cards

5. When sending a quote, you can store card info using the internal PCI tool.

6. To manage saved cards:

   • Go to Manage Cards

   • Log in with your PCI Vault username and password

   • View stored cards (only last 4 digits are visible)

✏️ Edit or Replace Card Info

7. You can update or replace card info, but you won’t see full card details again after saving.

8. If you forget your password, click “Recover Password” and follow the email instructions.

Note: Card data is securely stored—you won’t have direct access to full card numbers for PCI compliance.
