If you want to understand how the Pipeline feature in WootRecruit works, here’s a full walkthrough of each column and how applicants move through the process automatically. This feature tracks candidates from application to final decision—no manual moving required.

How the WootRecruit Pipeline Works

  1. Applied

✅ All applicants who submit your job application appear here first.

✅ Those who pass are automatically moved to the Passed column.

  2. Passed

    • Applicants here have passed your application but haven’t yet scheduled an interview.
    • Use this opportunity to reach out with a calendar link to encourage scheduling.
  3. Scheduled

    • Shows applicants who have booked an interview.
    • If they scan your Sign-In QR Code (highly recommended), they’ll automatically move to the Showed column.
  4. Showed / No Show

    • Showed: Applicants who attended their interview and scanned the QR code.
    • No Show: Those who didn’t attend or failed to use the QR code.
  5. Bench

    • For qualified applicants you want to keep in reserve for future openings.
    • Added via the Interview Decisions process.
  6. Offer / Declined Opportunity

    • Offer: Applicants offered a position.
    • Declined Opportunity: Applicants who chose not to accept.
  7. Do Not Hire & Failed

    • Failed: Applicants who did not meet requirements.
    • Do Not Hire: Final decision not to move forward under any circumstances.

⚠️ Important Notes

  • The pipeline updates automatically based on applicant actions—no manual dragging needed.
  • Using the Sign-In QR Code ensures accurate tracking of who attended interviews.

Done! You can now track every applicant’s status in real time and focus on engaging with the right candidates at the right stage.
