Here’s how your leads complete the quote on the Sell Convert Clean checkout page. This outlines what they see, how the timer works, and how acceptance is tracked.

🧾 What Leads See on the Checkout Page

1. The checkout page shows:

   • Your logo

   • Submitted property address

   • Entered property details

   • Option to add more services to the quote

2. If enabled in your settings, it will also show:

   • Terms and conditions

   • Signature fields

⏱️ Price Lock Timer

3. A timer appears at the bottom showing how long the price is locked.

   • Sends alerts at 3 min, 1 min, and 30 seconds before it expires.

   • Leads can still accept after expiration, but they’ll be reminded to act quickly.

✅ Finalizing the Estimate

4. Lead clicks “Accept Estimate” to confirm.

5. The system:

   • Processes the quote

   • Sends a confirmation email to you

   • Marks the quote as signed

   • Shows the payment method (e.g. pay-as-you-go)

   • Logs the acceptance date

Tip: Use this flow to make sure everything is in place before your leads reach the checkout. It speeds up approval and keeps your pipeline moving.
