If you normally have fixed interview hours but need to open one extra time slot for just a specific date or week, here’s how to add it without changing your regular schedule.

How to Add a One-Time Interview Time Slot

  1. ⚙️ Go to Calendar Settings

    • Open your Settings.
    • Find and click on the Calendar section.
  2. 📅 Select the Correct Calendar

    • Wait for the calendar list to load.
    • You’ll usually see just one calendar for your position (e.g., “In-Person Interview – Position Name” or “Virtual – Zoom/Google Meet”).
    • Click Edit Calendar for the one you want to update.
  3. 🕒 Open Availability Settings

    • Inside the calendar editor, go to the Availability section.
    • Look for Date Specific Hours—this is where you can add time slots for a single date without changing your ongoing schedule.
  4. ➕ Add the Extra Time Slot

    • Click Date Specific Hours.
    • Select your date (e.g., Monday).
    • Add the new time—keep it a small window to avoid applicants booking outside the intended slot.
    • Example: Add a 9:00 AM slot with only 15 minutes of availability.
    • Double-check that AM/PM is correct before confirming.
  5. 💾 Save Your Changes

    • Click OK or Submit.
    • You should now see your extra slot added (e.g., Monday now has 9:00 AM in addition to your usual 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM slots).

Important Notes 📝

  • Use Date Specific Hours so the change applies only to the chosen day.
  • Always keep extra slots tightly timed to control scheduling.
  • This won’t affect your normal recurring availability.
