If you need to set or change interview times in the system, here’s the correct way to do it so your calendar works as expected. This is especially important to avoid scheduling errors and to ensure candidates get the right time slots.
How to Set or Change Interview Times

🔑 Log In and Open Your Calendar
- Go to Calendars in the system.
- Select your calendar and confirm you’re logged in as the correct assigned user (e.g., Jim Halpert).

📅 Review Calendar Availability
- Under Availability, confirm your schedule (e.g., Monday–Friday, 12:00 AM to 12:00 AM).
- Check the slot intervals—these determine how often the system checks for openings (e.g., every 30 minutes: 12:00, 12:30, 1:00, etc.).

🕒 Keep Meeting Duration Short
- Interview duration should remain at 15 minutes to keep the window tight and manageable for candidates.

👤 Adjust Your User Availability
- Go to My Profile → scroll to User Availability.
- Review your available days (e.g., Monday–Friday).
- To remove a day: select the time frame and click Delete.
- To add/change a time: click Add Time, set your start and end times, and ensure AM/PM is correct.

📌 Example – Adding a Tight Window
- Set availability to 11:00 AM – 11:15 AM to keep the slot short.
- Double-check AM/PM before saving.

✅ Save and Verify
- Click Update Availability to save changes.
- Have your recruitment Sherpa review your setup to make sure it’s correct.

- Always double-check AM/PM settings—mistakes can create overly long availability windows.
- Keep interview windows short (15 min) to improve candidate commitment.
- Involve your recruitment Sherpa for a final review before using the updated schedule.
