If you’re ready to build training content inside your WootRecruit Hub, here’s exactly how to use the training builder to create lessons, assessments, and certifications for your team. This is perfect for onboarding, skills training, or role-specific modules.

How to Build Your Own Employee Training

  1. Access the Training Builder

    ✅ After creating a new training, you’ll be taken directly to the builder.

    ✅ To edit an existing training later, go to your Trainings page and click on the training you want to edit.

  2. Edit Training Details

    • In the Details tab, enter the training title and description.
    • Upload a thumbnail image if you want to customize the look.
    • 🔁 Important: Always click Save after making edits to avoid losing progress.
  3. Build Your Outline

    • Use Categories to group content (e.g., Intro, Cleaning, Onboarding).
    • Under each category, you can: ✅ Add LessonsAdd Subcategories (for more detailed breakdowns) ✅ Add Assessments to test knowledge ✅ Add Credentials that generate a certificate when the training is completed
  4. Publish Each Item

    • Make sure every lesson, assessment, or category is set to Published so your team can view and access it.

  • Use credentials as a reward system to encourage course completion.
  • Structure your categories and lessons in a way that aligns with your company’s workflow or departments.
