If you want to build a private space for your team to collaborate, chat, and grow together, here’s how to create your own Community Group inside the WootRecruit Hub. This feature is perfect for internal communication, training discussions, or location-specific threads.
How to Create a Community Group

Navigate to the Groups Section
✅ From your Dashboard, go to the side menu and click Courses.
✅ At the top dropdown, select Communities → Groups.

Create a New Group
- Click the Create Group button (top right).
- Enter your Group Name and customize the URL (e.g., mybusiness).
- Add a brief Description of the group’s purpose.

Set Group Privacy & Discovery
- For internal use, toggle Discovery off to keep it private and hidden from the public.
- This is especially helpful if you want to keep communication exclusive to your company.

Customize Branding (Optional)
- Upload a Favicon for the browser tab.
- Add a Cover Image and Group Logo to personalize your space.
- You can skip these if you don’t have assets ready—everything still works without them.

Finalize the Setup
- Once everything is filled out, click Create Group to launch your private community.
⚠️ Important Notes
- Groups remain private even as you scale—ideal for teams of any size.
- You can always come back later to update the logo, description, or cover image.
Done! You’ve now created a private community group where your team can collaborate and stay connected in one place.
