Once you’ve created a training course in WootRecruit, here’s how to bundle and share it with your employees. This step-by-step guide shows how to create a free offer link that lets your team access specific trainings with just one click.
How to Share Training Courses with Your Team

Access the Trainings Tab
✅ Click on Trainings at the top of your hub.
✅ From the dropdown, select Bundles.

Create a Training Offer
- Click Create Offer.
- Enter a Title (e.g., “Onboarding Test”).
- Select the Training you created from the dropdown.
- Optionally, add multiple trainings to the same bundle if you want to group related courses.
- Set Type to “Free” and leave pricing fields blank.
- Click Create and then Save if any edits were made.

Make the Offer Visible
- Go back to Offers.
- Locate the new offer and set Visibility to Published.

Share the Training Link
- Under Actions, click Share Link.
- Copy the permanent training link and send it to any employee.
- When they click the link, they’ll be prompted to enter their email and name.

Employee Enrollment Process
- The system will email them their login credentials.
- After login, they’ll only see the courses included in the specific bundle you shared.
⚠️ Important Notes
- Even though a price appears at checkout, the training is completely free—they will not be charged.
- Admins may see additional content, but employees will only see what you’ve included in the bundle.
Done! Your employee is now enrolled in the correct training and can begin immediately using the link you provided.
