If you need to check invoices, update your payment method, or review your billing details in the WootRecruit Hub, the Billing tab inside the Settings section is where you’ll go. This is especially useful when you need to download invoices, confirm your payment dates, or change credit card information.

How to Manage Billing in the WootRecruit Hub

⚙️ Open the Billing Tab

• Go to the Settings tab (gear icon at the bottom left).
• Click on Billing to open your billing dashboard.
• Here you can see your subscription plan, monthly cost, and your next billing cycle date.

📅 Check Your Billing Cycle

• Your billing cycle date is shown clearly on the dashboard.
• For example, you might see it’s set for the 16th of each month.

🧾 View and Download Invoices

• Go to the Payments tab inside Billing.
• Find the payment you want and click the square icon with an arrow (View).
• This will open the invoice and download a copy to your computer automatically.
• You’ll have a separate invoice for each month.

💳 Update Your Credit Card Information

• Go to Payment Method.
• Click the pencil icon to edit.
• Select Add New Card and enter your card details.
• Click Save, then make sure your correct card is set as Primary so payments process correctly.

📝 Edit Your Billing Information

• In the Billing Information section, click the pencil icon if you need to make changes.
• Update details as needed and click Save.

💰 Check Wallet & Transactions

• This section shows your pre-loaded credit balance for texting and calling applicants.
• No manual action is needed—auto-recharge is handled automatically.

• Always make sure your primary card is correct before your next billing date.
• Invoices are stored month-by-month, so you can download any previous month as needed.
• Wallet balance is for communication credits only and recharges automatically.
