If you need to update your business information in the WootRecruit Hub — such as your email, phone number, location, or logo — you can do it directly in the Business Profile section inside the Settings tab. This ensures your records stay accurate and up-to-date for all communications.
How to Update Your Business Profile in the WootRecruit Hub
🔑 Open the Settings Tab
- Log in to the WootRecruit Hub.
- In the left-hand menu, scroll to the very bottom.
- Click the green tab with the gear icon labeled Settings.
📂 Access the Business Profile
- After clicking Settings, a second left-hand menu will appear.
- By default, you’ll land on the Business Profile page.
- This page contains all your stored business information.
🖼 Update General Information
- Upload a new company logo by clicking Upload and then Save.
🏢 Update Business Information
- Edit your Business Registration Number, Business ID Type, Industry, and Business Type as needed.
- Update your Business Phone Number, Business Email, or Physical Address if they’ve changed.
👤 Update Authorized Representative
- Modify the details for your designated authorized representative if needed.
✅ Save Your Changes
- After making updates, click the blue Update button for each section.
- Always confirm that your changes have been saved successfully.

- You can reach out to your Sherpa for help if you’re not comfortable making changes yourself.
- Always double-check contact details to ensure accuracy before saving.
- Keep your business profile current to avoid communication or verification issues.
