How to Update Phone System Voicemail & Missed Call Auto-Reply Settings

⚙️ Open Settings in the Hub

• Log into the Hub.
• Go to the bottom-left corner and click Settings (green gear icon).
• By default, you’ll land in the Business Profile section.

⬇️ Scroll to the Call Settings Area

• Scroll all the way to the bottom of the page.
• Look for two sections: Missed Call Text Back and Voicemail Settings.

💬 Adjust Missed Call Auto-Reply Text

• Under Missed Call Text Back, you can:
  • Edit the default text message that sends when a call is missed.
  • Or disable it entirely so no text is sent.

📢 Update Voicemail Message

• If you’re using the Hub phone system directly (without forwarding to another number):
  • Upload your own voicemail greeting (MP3 file).
  • Click Save to apply changes.
